    Payment and Pricing

    All prices are inclusive of VAT, and are correct at the time of entering the information into the system. We reserve the right to change the prices of goods at any time. Prices charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. International customers will also be liable for any customs or import duty charges that may be applied. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation, and no order will be processed before this has taken place. Customers will be notified immediately if payments are not authorised. Please note that we require a valid telephone number and e-mail address when orders are being placed. Failure to provide these may result in the order being cancelled. Once orders have been placed they cannot be modified in any way. Any cancellations required must be confirmed by telephone immediately after the order has been placed.

    Product Information

    We make every effort to ensure that our products are displayed accurately on our website. However, please note that colours may vary slightly depending upon the quality of your computer monitor. All sizes indicated on our site are UK sizes, and are approximate. Please contact us if you have any sizing queries. We make every effort to ensure that all product information is accurate and up to date, but reserve the right to refuse an order where product information, including prices, have been entered incorrectly. All goods on our website are subject to availability. If an item ordered has sold out, you will be immediately notified and refunded in full.

    Reserving Items

    Please note that reserving our pre-order items does not guarantee purchase. Customers will be notified via email when the item is in stock, and then orders will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Due to limited stock and high demand for these garments, Aqua is unable to accept responsibility for items selling out before all reservations are confirmed.

    Gift Vouchers

    Our Gift Vouchers cannot be used in-store and are non-transferrable. It is the responsibility of the customer buying the voucher to ensure that the recipient’s email address is correct – Aqua will not be held responsible for any vouchers sent to an incorrect email address. Once the voucher has been sent, it becomes the property of the recipient.

    Privacy Statement

    At AQ/AQ we take privacy very seriously – we need to collect customer data to process online orders, and we understand that our customers want to shop securely and know that their personal details are being kept safe. We promise that we won’t disclose our customers’ details to any third parties, unless it’s necessary for the fulfilment of orders, including our couriers and for security checks. As part of having a customer account with AQ/AQ, we do send out marketing communications via email. All customers have the right to opt out, which can be done by clicking “unsubscribe” on any emails received, or by contacting our customer service team.
